On line Legal Cost Estimates -
This functionality is available on a local branch level as well as in a call centre environment via our New Business Team Instruction System (NBTIS).
PDF Cost Estimates -
PDF cost estimates are available in white labelled format to suit the Introducer and the Conveyancer.
Legal Cost Estimate Versatility -
Cost Estimates can be adapted to variable standards in order to increase saleability or transparency as required.
All Transaction Types -
The System is able to instruct Sale, Purchase, Re-Mortgage and HIP Instructions.
Variable Product Range -
The system can decipher variable product ranges in relation to each transaction type. For example a First Time Buyer Product or a Mortgage Lender Cash Back Product can be adapted easily and effectively.
Commission Maximiser -
Introducers can choose to fix their commission or give their staff the ability to maximise commission on a case by case basis with the use of our Commission Maximiser.
Credit Card Functionality -
The System has a Credit Card Functionality that can be used to provide payment direct to the Introducer or the Conveyancer as required.
Online Case Tracking -
Online Case Tracking is available for the Introducer and the Client.
Key Milestones are updated automatically by the Conveyancer.
Case Notes are automatically updated by the Conveyancer.
The System provides an All Party Communication System.
All updates are provided automatically by the Conveyancer, every 10 minutes.
Full Reporting and Reconciliation Functionality -
A full Management Report Suite is available on line.
Introducer, Staff and Conveyancer performance can be accurately measured via the Reporting Suite.
