You will be issued with your own password to enable you to case track the production of your HIP and your property transaction from start to finish on-line.

Our HIPS product is designed to put you in a position to sell your property as soon as a purchaser has been found.

Agent

From the moment we are instructed to commission the Clients Home Information Pack - you will be legally empowered to sell the clients property.

We can provide you with a bespoke/white labelled Home Information Pack and website for your Agency, clearly reflecting your company's corporate identity.

Take advantage of state of the art technology and instruct us on-line at a time and place convenient to you.

You will receive referral payments ranging from between £50 to £200 per referral if required.

We have developed a national network of surveyors, search agents and Panel Lawyers which will enable us to commission Home Information Packs immediately upon request.

Our panel lawyers will collate all relevant documentation at the same time that the HIP is being prepared in order to ensure that contracts can be issued immediately upon the sale of the property having been negotiated.

Our HIP Case Tracking facility allows you to follow the correlation of the legal pack, search results and Energy Efficiency Report from initial instruction through to the final formation of the HIP Pack.
