Free Sellers Packs
Immediately upon instruction, our Panel Lawyers will prepare a legal Sellers Pack for you, free of charge. The Sellers Pack will place you in a position to sell your property as soon as a purchaser is found, taking weeks off the transaction time.
No Move No Fee
Our Panel Lawyers operate on a no move no fee basis. In the event that your property transaction does not complete through no fault of your own you will not pay legal fees. Legal disbursements will be payable in any event.
