Under no circumstance shall your Conveyancer, its Partners or Employees, be liable for any loss, damage, costs or expense arising in any way from or in connection with fraudulent acts or omissions, misrepresentation or wilful default on the part of our client (s), the person, company, institution or their legal representative acting on the other side of this transaction / or our client(s) Directors, Employees or Agents.
We shall accept liability to pay damages for losses arising as a direct result of breach of contract or negligence on our part or in respect of services provided in connection with or arising out of the engagement as set out in this letter but the liability of Us, its Partners and Staff shall be limited in accordance with the limitations of our Professional Indemnity Insurance Policy which may vary from time to time.
