Alterations

You should remember to tell us if you think that there have been any alterations to the house, which you are buying, as it will be necessary for us to make sure that all the correct consents have been obtained and, if they have not, then to advise you as to how this can be remedied. We are thinking here of extensions, the removal of internal walls, the conversion of rooms for purposes for which they were not originally intended, the erection of conservatories and the installation of new windows and doors.
