It is imperative that you check through the list in order to ensure that you are purchasing what you agreed to purchase at the property. Please note that the Estate Agents' particulars do not form part of the Contract documentation and hence it is imperative that you verify what you are purchasing from the Fixtures, Fittings and Contents list.
