Leasehold Titles
The Basic Conveyancing Fee covers the conventional work associated with the conveyance of a freehold property. If the property subsequently transpires on receipt of title documentation to be leasehold, (i.e. a leasehold house, a flat, apartment, maisonette or housing association property), a standard leasehold supplement of between £150.00 and £200.00 plus VAT will be added to the Basic Conveyancing Fee in order to cover the additional leasehold work undertaken by ourselves in this respect.
Should we have to obtain a copy of your lease there will be a disbursement fee payable.
