Last week, Convey365, in partnership with Convey Law, was shortlisted for the prestigious LEAP Modern Law Awards in the category of Best Use of Technology. The shortlist leads on from our Highly Commended recognition as Technology Enabler of the Year at the British Conveyancing Awards 2025!

- Reducing transaction timelines by six weeks and allowing client onboarding to be completed 14 days faster.

- Automatic document and post importing with AI categorisation and data input, saving over 100 admin hours each week.
- Fully integrated digital ID verification app including Open Banking, electronic signatures, document sharing, live status updates, and source of funds/proof of wealth processes combined to enhance the client experience and reduce pre-exchange frustrations.
- Improved client satisfaction, with 97% of clients using the online portal and over 23,000 five-star reviews across platforms including ESTAS, Google, and Trustpilot.
Innovation and Security at the Core
Our technology delivers one of the most secure conveyancing systems in the UK, thanks to ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation, Open Banking integration, and our fraud-resistant client communication portal.
Our technology enabled the first electronic e-signature exchange of contracts in the UK and we were among the first to integrate with HM Passport Office for digital ID verification. Our system now meets HMLR Safe Harbour standards for digital deed signatures, setting new benchmarks for client security and compliance.
